个人简介/Personal resume
卢绪坤,基础医学博士,山东大学妇儿与生殖健康研究院副研究员,山东大学附属生殖医院研究员,硕士研究生导师。博士毕业于中国科学院动物研究所(导师:李磊研究员),随后在清华大学开展博士后研究(合作导师:颉伟教授)。课题组主要利用小鼠和人的胚胎、胚胎干细胞以及基于干细胞的胚胎模型(SCBEMs)等体系,采用干湿实验相结合的方式,研究配子发生和早期胚胎发育的表观遗传和转录调控,探索人类生殖和发育相关疾病的致病机制。在国际主流学术期刊发表SCI论文30余篇,总引超过1450次(Google Scholar)。其中以第一作者/通讯作者(含共同)在Nature Cell Biology, Nature Structural & Molecular Biology,Science Advances,Nature Communications, eLife等杂志发表研究论文10余篇。承担国家重点研发计划和山东省自然科学基金面上项目。任齐鲁医学院青年人才联盟委员。
