黄涛 理学博士,研究员,硕士研究生导师,省级青年专家。
山东大学妇儿与生殖健康研究院 重大项目办公室主任。
从事生殖相关疾病的基础与临床研究,重点关注发育与疾病的遗传与表观遗传调控。以第一/通讯作者(含共同)在Adv Sci(2篇)、Sci Adv、Genome Biol、Sci Bullet、Cell death differ、Sci China Life Sci、Nucleic Acids Res(3篇)、Elife、J Genet Genomics、iScience、J Transl Med等期刊发表论文20余篇。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目1项和横向课题1项,课题骨干身份承担国家自然科学基金重大项目1项,重点研发计划项目2项,参与国家自然科学基金重大项目1项,面上项目2项。荣获山东省医学科技进步一等奖(2025年度,2/7)。现任中国医师协会医学遗传学分会委员、中国非公立医疗机构协会男性生殖与性医学专业委员会委员、山东省研究型医院协会杰出青年学者分会委员、山东省医学会医学细胞生物学分会科普学组委员、山东省医学会健康教育与健康促进学组委员。全国研究生教育评估监测专家库专家,Military Medical Research/Phenomics期刊青年编委。
研究领域/Research direction
1. 基础研究:利用分子生物学、细胞生物学、动物模型和合作开发的多种微量组学技术等研究高等生物配子发生和胚胎发育的分子调控机制。科研方向包括可变剪接调控原始生殖细胞分化的分子机制、减数分裂同源重组的遗传与表观遗传调控,精源性疾病的分子调控机制等,重点关注表观遗传尤其是组蛋白修饰及其识别分子、核心转录因子等在以上发育过程中的动态变化及分子调控机制。
2. 转化及应用研究:无创诊断技术研发及应用,重点关注基于血浆、精浆、尿液等蛋白质、代谢物和游离DNA/RNA的序列信息及其修饰信息的诊断方法研发及其临床推广应用。
