个人简介/Personal resume

李艳,医学博士,山东大学研究员,硕士生导师。加拿大不列颠哥伦比亚大学博士, 美国哈佛大学医学院/布莱根妇女医院博士后,山东大学未来计划青年学者。

长期致力于妇产科妊娠相关疾病子痫前期和复发性流产的发病机制研究及早期诊治方法的探索,关注人类滋养层细胞分化异常与妊娠相关疾病发生的病因分子机制,共发表SCI论文30篇,其中17篇以第一/通讯作者(含共同)发表于Trends Endocrinol Metab(封面文章)、Front Immunol、Hum Reprod、Clinical Science、J Clin Endocrinol Metab、FASEB Journal等杂志。

主持国家自然科学基金青年项目1项,作为学术骨干参与十四五“胎盘发育和功能的调节机制”国家重点研发计划1项,主持山东及江苏省级自然科学青年基金2项。担任国际期刊Biochemistry and Molecular Biology编委;美国ENDO年会摘要审稿专家;国际SCI期刊Frontiers in Oncology、Gynecologic Oncology、Journal of Cancer、Reproduction等审稿人; 美国内分泌学会ENDOCRINE SOCIETY和美国心脏协会AHA国际会员。

研究领域/Research direction

本课题组的研究面向“提高生殖健康水平、改善妇幼健康”的国家战略需求,致力于妊娠相关疾病如子痫前期和复发性流产的发病机制研究及早期诊治方法的探索。我们综合运用传统的细胞分子生物学,动物疾病模型,类器官培养体系,结合高通量测序,基因组学,生物信息学等手段,对妊娠早期母胎界面的发育和相互对话调控机制进行解析,致力于完善胎盘发育,子宫内膜蜕膜化,和胚胎早期发育的分子调控网络图谱,同时筛选疾病早期诊疗关键靶标分子,在丰富复发性流产和子痫前期病因机制的基础上,推动成果转化,助力此类临床常见妊娠相关疾病的早期预测、诊断和治疗。

3. 利用滋养类器官和胚胎干细胞结合单细胞多组学在早期胚胎发育中功能的相关研究
