个人简介/Personal resume
李艳,医学博士,山东大学研究员,硕士生导师。加拿大不列颠哥伦比亚大学博士, 美国哈佛大学医学院/布莱根妇女医院博士后,山东大学未来计划青年学者。
围绕胎盘早期发育和功能异常,开展子痫前期、复发性流产等重大妊娠疾病的发生机理及临床诊疗研究,共发表SCI论文40篇,其中以第一/通讯作者(含共同)在EBioMedicine、Trends Endocrinol Metab(封面文章)、Cell Prolif、Front Immunol、Inflamm Res、Hum Reprod、Clinical Science、J Clin Endocrinol Metab、FASEB J等主流期刊发表SCI论文25篇。先后受邀在加拿大惠斯勒国际胎盘发育协会(IFPA)、美国华盛顿ATS年会、美国内分泌ENDO年会等国际学术会议做特邀报告,并荣获IFPA协会Y.W Loke New Investigator Award新研究学者奖。
主持国家自然科学基金青年项目1项,作为学术骨干参与十四五“胎盘发育和功能的调节机制”国家重点研发计划1项,主持山东及江苏省级自然科学青年基金2项。获得2021年山东省医学科技创新成果一等奖(2/7)。受邀担任国际期刊Front Cell Dev Biol、Biochemistry and Molecular Biology编委;2021-2023年美国ENDO年会摘要审稿专家;BMC Medicine、Front Immunol、Gynecol Oncol、Reproduction等20余个知名SCI期刊审稿人; 美国内分泌学会ENDOCRINE SOCIETY和美国心脏协会AHA国际会员。
研究领域/Research direction
本课题组面向“提高生殖健康水平、改善妇幼健康”的国家战略需求,致力于胎盘源性妊娠相关疾病(如子痫前期、复发性流产、反复胚胎种植失败)的发生机理及精准诊治策略研究。我们从内分泌、免疫、遗传以及表观遗传角度,综合运用细胞分子生物学,动物疾病模型,类器官培养体系,结合单细胞高通量测序,基因组学,生物信息学等手段,对妊娠早期母胎界面的发育和相互对话的调控机制进行阐释,致力于完善胎盘早期发育、子宫内膜蜕膜化、胚胎早期发育的分子调控网络图谱,同时鉴定疾病早期诊疗有效靶标分子,在丰富子痫前期和复发性流产病因机制的基础上,推动成果转化,助力此类临床常见妊娠相关疾病的早期精准预测、诊断和治疗。
