吴克良,山东大学教授/博导,国家级青年人才,山东省级青年专家。现任山东大学附属生殖医院院长助理,辅助生殖实验室主任,国家辅助生殖技术管理专家库成员,中华医学会生殖医学分会生殖医学实验室学组委员,中国性学会生女性生殖医学分会副主任委员。
长期从事人类辅助生殖技术及早期胚胎发育的相关临床和基础研究,先后主持国家重点研发计划(课题组长)、国家自然科学基金等国家级课题6项;以第一或通讯作者身份在Nature、Cell、Cell Research、Nat Commun、Nat Struct Mol Biol、Cell Discovery、Natl Sci Rev等杂志发表SCI论文近30篇;获教育部科技进步一等奖、山东省青年科技奖;获发明专利10余项,转化4项,直接经济价值超过2500/万年。
研究领域/Research direction
本课题组研究---人类胚胎发育相关研究包括人类早期胚胎发育的调控机制(表观遗传、印记基因)、人类早期胚胎发育异常病理机制和辅助生殖新技术的临床应用。
主要研究课题:1. 人类早期胚胎发育的表观遗传调控网络研究(染色体开放性、3D结构、组蛋白修饰、印记基因等)
2. 人孤雌、孤雄单倍体胚胎及干细胞的研究
3. 线粒体遗传疾病的治疗手段——胞浆置换(全球首创:前原核移植、第一极体移植、第二极体移植)
