个人简介/Personal resume
中共党员,教授,博士生导师,省级青年专家,山东大学杰出中青年学者,山东大学齐鲁青年学者。主要从事精子发生异常与男性不育发病机制研究及滋阴补肾中药的二次开发和转化研究。在国家自然科学基金 (5项)、国家重点研发计划课题(4项)、山东省重大科技创新工程及自然科学基金(4项)、中国博士后项目(面上、特别)、横向课题(5项)等的资助下, 研究成果在Genome Biology、EMBO Journal、Science Advances、Protein & Cell、Nucleic Acids Research、Advanced Science、Science Bulletin等主流期刊发表论文30余篇,授权国家发明专利12件。荣获全国妇幼健康科学技术奖一等奖、中华医学科技奖一等奖。现任生殖医学与子代健康全国重点实验室(山东大学)和香港中文大学-山东大学生殖遗传联合实验室课题组组长。社会兼职包括中国生理学会生殖科学专业委员会委员、中国解剖学会医学发育生物学分会青年委员、中国细胞生物学生殖细胞分会常委、山东省干细胞学会第一届干细胞技术与临床应用研究专业委员会委员。
研究领域/Research direction
正在开展的课题:
1. 基于本实验室积累的多个基因编辑小鼠模型(cKO、KO、KI),开展生殖细胞减数分裂关键事件(减数分裂启动、同源重组修复、性染色体沉默)等的分子机制研究。
2. 依托实验独立建立的精原干细胞体外培养体系,研究:1)精原干细胞增殖与分化的调控机制;2)减数分裂启动的关键事件;3)基于中药单体库筛选促进生精功能的候选药物。
3. 以临床问题为导向,依托山东大学附属生殖医院和上海交通大学仁济医院男性不育资源库,结合高通量测序和多种基因编辑小鼠模型,阐明男性不育发病机理,为优生遗传提供分子标记。
